Shipping Policy
What are my shipping options?
Orders are shipped FOB Providence, RI, or factory, at the discretion of Project AMI, Against Malaria and Illiteracy unless otherwise agreed to by Project AMI, Against Malaria and Illiteracy. Orders are usually processed, packaged and shipped the same day if received by 4:00pm EST. Orders are shipped UPS with prepay and add shipping and handling charges.
Hazardous Product Shipments
Any products or materials considered hazardous for shipping will require special packaging; handling and additional shipping charges will apply. Some shipping restrictions may apply. Confirm at time of order.
Claims
We take special care to properly pick, pack, check and ship every order. We encourage you to inspect each shipment as soon as it arrives. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. Any claims for shortages, damage, or errors in shipment must be made within 15 days from the invoice date.

Products sold are designed to meet stated U.S. safety standards and regulations. Because local safety standards and regulations vary, we cannot guarantee that our products meet all requirements in each locality. Project AMI, Against Malaria and Illiteracy does not assume any responsibility for compliance with such safety standards and regulations in those localities in which the products will be shipped, sold and used.
